Eugene Wishnic

New Jersey native Eugene Wishnic is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, which is a designation achieved by approximately 2% of the practicing attorneys in NJ. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in both English and Communications in 1989 from Rutgers University in New Brunswick and his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from Rutgers School of Law in Camden. Since 1992, he has focused his practice on representing accident victims and honing his trial skills and has been aggressively protecting the rights of his clients ever since. Since becoming an attorney in 1992, Eugene has developed a fluency in Spanish that has allowed him to better serve his client base among the local Latin community.

Mr. Wishnic is the President of the Middlesex County Bar Association (MCBA), the Vice President of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association (MCTLA) and is a Trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation (MCBF). He is a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ, formerly ATLA), New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ, formerly ATLA-NJ) and is a contributor to both NJAJ-PAC and AAJ-PAC. He is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) and the Trial Attorneys of New Jersey (TANJ).

In addition to having served as co-chair of the MCBA Municipal Court Practice Committee from 2008-2018, he is an active participant in the Rutgers University Student Legal Services/MCBA Attorney Referral Program and regularly serves as a judge of the finals of the Regional High School Mock Trial competition. He is admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey.

Lee Jerushalmy

Lee Jerushalmy is the Managing Partner at Wishnic & Jerushalmy. He graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn College (C.U.N.Y.) with a history degree in 1989 and continued his education at The Hofstra University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 1992.

He is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and New York and has handled matters in both states since 1993. Lee represents clients in all manner of accident-related claims including motor vehicle, slip/trip and fall and workers’ compensation. He served as a member of the Middlesex County Assignment Judge’s Civil Lawyers Committee from 2014-1017 and is a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice.

Mark E Zabel, Jr.

Mark E. Zabel, Jr. is an associate at Wishnic & Jerushalmy where he devotes his practice to representing individuals in personal injury and criminal matters. Mark represents clients in automobile accidents, slip/trip and falls, and general liability. Mark also focuses on criminal and municipal matters such as traffic violations, CDS possession, and DWI.

Prior to joining Wishnic & Jerushalmy, Mark had extensive litigation experience in representing individuals and corporations in a variety of liability and criminal matters across the State of New Jersey. Mark brings his experience to Wishnic & Jerushalmy in the protection of the rights of our clients. Mark graduated from the Charlotte School of Law located in Charlotte, North Carolina. During law school, Mark served as Vice President of the Student Bar Association and competed nationally as a member of the Trial Team. Mark graduated from Seton Hall University, cum laude, with a B.S. in International Relations and Diplomacy.

Mark is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey. He is a trustee of the Middlesex County Bar Foundation; a member of the Middlesex County Bar Association; a member of the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association; a member of the New Jersey Association of Justice; and a member of the American Association for Justice.

Andrew McInerney

Andrew McInerney

Andrew T. McInerney is an associate at Wishnic & Jerushalmy, where he represents individuals in personal injury, municipal, and workers’ compensation matters. After graduating cum laude from Kenyon College with a Bachelor of Arts in English, he earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. While at Case Western, Andrew served as an Executive Notes Editor for Health Matrix: The Journal of Law-Medicine, and participated in the Appellate Practice Program. Before joining the firm, Andrew worked in the legal education industry, and as a judicial clerk.

Andrew is admitted to practice in New Jersey. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
